How can I search for products?

Please use the search bar located on the upper right hand corner of our website to search by product name, item number or keywords. You can alternatively browse through our merchandise by categories.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

No, we gladly accept every order placed regardless the amount or the quantity.

How can I place an order?

You can order in many ways:

    Visit our Manhattan store and experience our products close up! Our friendly sales specialists can answer any of your questions and personally help you with your product choices.

What if I need to change an order I placed?

You may modify your order if your request has been made before the order has been shipped. Please call us as soon as possible if any changes need to be made.

What forms of payment do you accept?

* U.S. Customers - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, wire transfer and U.S. money orders.

* International Customers - PayPal® or wire transfer in U.S. currency will be ideal.

Can I still use my Korin Gift Cards or Store Merchandise Credit as a form of payment?

Yes. You can still use your Gift Cards as a form of payment in our showroom and online. Merchandise Credits are treated as the same, but may not be redeemed online. Please call customer service.

Freight: All packages shipped to the continental US are shipped via UPS. Freight charges will be automatically calculated for you online and added to your order. All packages shipped internationally, including HI, AK, PR and other US territories are shipped out via USPS.

Can US customers choose USPS as a freight option?

UPS is our preferred carrier as they are more reliable when items are lost, damaged or stolen.

* Orders submitted for UPS shipment to P.O. Boxes will be changed to the equivalent USPS ship option as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

I would like to receive my order quicker than by UPS Ground Service. Can I request expedited shipping?

For an additional charge, you may choose an expedited UPS shipping method such as Next Day Air or 3 Day Select service to receive your order faster than the standard ground service (Please see the UPS website for expedited options). Please indicate your preferred shipping method in the additional comments section of your online check-out page. Payment of an order must be verified before 10am on a business day, in order for our shipping department to process the order within the next business day for Expedited Shipping and within the next two business days for Standard Shipping. Please note that Korin.com business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm EST, excluding public holidays.

* For Saturday delivery, please contact customer service.

* Orders submitted for UPS shipment to P.O. Boxes will be changed to the equivalent USPS ship option as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Can I pick up my order at your showroom?

Yes, however we have a very strict policy for in-store pick ups. The owner of the credit card for the purchase must come in with the credit card and a valid photo ID. Before you complete your order transaction, please leave a memo in the comment box to state that you would like to have the order picked up in our NYC showroom. Once after the order is placed, please email (cs@korin.com) or call us (1-800-626-2172) right away.

How can I get a saya cover for my knife?

When placing a new knife purchase, we strongly encourage to order a wooden knife saya cover together in order to ensure a proper fit. For knives that were not purchased through Korin, please bring your knives to the Korin Showroom in NYC. Our showroom sales associates can assist you to make sure our wooden covers will fit your knives.

* Korin does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of wooden knife saya covers or the plastic blade guards. All sales of wooden saya covers are final.
