Tenryo Hi-Soft Black Cutting Board
Description
The Hi-Soft Cutting Board is one of our most recommended cutting surfaces for both professional chefs and home cooks. Made in Japan from a specialized polyvinyl acetate material, it provides a softer cutting surface that helps reduce impact on knife edges while offering excellent stability during use.
The black surface offers a sleek, modern look while creating contrast that can make light-colored ingredients easier to see during prep. It also helps maintain a cleaner appearance through daily use.
Designed for high-volume prep and professional kitchen environments, the 100 cm size provides an expansive work surface for handling larger ingredients, multiple prep tasks, and longer Japanese knives. Its generous size makes it especially well suited for sushi bars, open kitchens, and other professional culinary settings where efficiency and presentation matter.
