Clam Opener (Mirugai)

This stainless steel clam knife is large and designed for preparing geoduck (mirugai). While a conventional shell opener is not large enough to easily open the geoduck shell, this opener provides the length necessary to get proper leverage. The blunt, rounded tip allows for convenient opening without damaging the shell. Features a durable stainless steel and solid wood construction.
