This high-precision digital pH meter delivers fast results for perfect sushi rice every time. When preparing sushi rice, finding the correct acidity is essential for both flavor and sanitation reasons. The addition of vinegar inhibits bacteria growth, while achieving the perfect flavor complement to the raw fish. A pH of 4.6 or less will prevent the growth of harmful bacteria, allowing for safe room temperature storage during sushi preparation. Our digital pH meter comes with two buffer solutions, batteries, and a replaceable sensor for convenience and accuracy.
