Aluminum Kamameshi Pot Set w/ Wooden Lid and Base 6.5"

This small aluminum Japanese-style kamameshi pot is ideal for table service of kamameshi (the classic rice, meat and vegetable dish). A wooden lid help keeps the rice moist and add a warm natural element to the cool metal container. Sold separately are the konro set and liquid fuel which will keep the dish warm at the table. Try serving other favorite rice or even noodles dishes in this pot as well for a striking presentation and the practicality of the at-table heating device.
Recommended to only use liquid fuel packs to heat the kamaeshi pot.

Tested stove top is on Iwatani 12,000BTU/Hr for 30 minutes with fluid boiling in pot.
Not recommended for use at higher BTU/Hr or in commercial stove tops.
