Kettl's milled Houjicha powder from Shizuoka, Japan. Milled to just 10 microns, this powder is incredibly fragrant, richly complex and wonderfully smooth. This is the exact Houjicha powder we use at our New York City Cafe to craft our Houjicha Latte.
