Japanese Mandoline Super Benriner Slicer
Super Fine Julienne Blade For Super benriner
The main differences between Benriner and Super Benriner (this product) are the width of the blade and the controllable depth of the slice. The Benriner is adjustable up to a 3mm slice width while the Super Benriner is adjustable up to a 5mm slice width. In addition, the Super Benriner has a larger handle for better control as well as a rubberized end-stop to keep it in place on the countertop, and finally, the screw that adjusts the width is much larger and less prone to creeping open than the screw on the original Benriner. With its rubberized end-stop and slot in the bottom, you can use any sized container for the Super Benriner. For the Benriner, this Sushi pan or anything under 11" width can be placed underneath the slicer to catch the sliced veggies.
