Description

Yakiami grills are a kind of Japanese griddle, perfect for grilling fish and vegetables. The food, such as mushrooms or calamari, is placed in the grill, then the grill goes over a direct flame. The grill's mesh construction prevent the food from falling into the fire, but also make sure it gets direct exposure to the heat, giving the food a nice outer char for great texture and flavor.

  • Oil the grill to help food not to stick to the pan
  • When cleaning, do NOT use stainless steel scrubbers and polish powder.
  • NOT dishwasher safe.
  • This product is made out of carbon steel. Please be sure to wash and dry before storing.
  • Do NOT put any water right after using it. It might crack if it is cooled down rapidly.
  • When washing it, please use a soft sponge.
  • Please note that ceramic itself is easy to peel of and also it is hard to remove the burned stain.
