Limited Warranty:
1. Within 1 year of warranty period from purchase date, parts (except for consumable parts) and technical fees(for on-site repair) are provided free of charge but limited to only when the machine has been used under normal usage.
2. There may be cases where we would charge for parts and technical fees within one year period of warranty.Those cases are when repair is necessary due to user's fault.
3. After warranty period ends and when on-site repair is required, we would charge travel, accommodation, technical fees (for dispatched engineer- 50,000JPY/day, including dates used for transportation), and parts (if any required).
