Mesh Screen (Koshi Ami) for Stainless Sieve Frame

This frame is designed for use in conjunction with our spring-form frame (koshiki) for straining sauces and purees. Screens are available in four gages to suit all of you straining needs. The gauge number refers to number of squares per inch- the higher the number, the finer the mesh.
