Worth the Price!

by

Because I usually have quite a few charcoal brickets that are not fully burned after my grilling, I bought this pot so that I could try to save them for another cook-out. I had not been able to find any other fire extinguishing tool for this job in local stores. The pot works beautifully, has very good capacity for its size, and is a lovely work of art to appreciate visually as well. The design of this ceramic pot is simple and functional. However, it does get very, very hot on the outside when filled, so one must be careful about handling it until it has a chance to cool. Caution must also be exercised in where to place the pot while cooling so that nothing near it is damaged by the heat. I am glad to have it and find that it works very well. True to the Japanese esthetic sensibility, even the packing material in the shipping box was interesting and attractive to see. This is a handy and beautiful addition to my collection of grilling tools and is well worth the price!
