Process bank remittance, ACH transactions, or on-line payment transactions on time.

Codes such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc., with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
Handles all vendor or supplier incoming correspondence via phone or email.

Korin is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team. As part of the team, you will be handling various tasks and entries ranging from customer invoicing, credits, payments, deposits and collections as needed.
Accounts receivable, billing and collections processes.
Respond to customer requests and escalate as needed.
Reconcile and resolve billing disputes.
Maintain up-to-date billing systems, generate and send out invoices.
Perform account reconciliations.
